Abstract

This study aims to determine how the role of the village head in increasing community participation in Kampung Blukahili Barat Batong Subdistrict Narathiwat Province Southern Thailand in planning the Program activities in the Village so that it can be used as the best role in community participation and apply its role as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer in increasing participation Public. Sources of data obtained using primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that aims to provide an overview and explanation of the variables studied. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village head in increasing community participation as a high-level dominant motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer. Three types of community participation were obtained in Blukahili Barat Village, Batong Subdistrict, Narathiwat Province, Southern Thailand, namely participation in the form of energy (physical) with very good standards, material (goods) with good standards and money (funding) with good standards. Where activities are carried out continuously in increasing community participation in Kampung Blukahili Barat Batong District Narathiwat Province Southern Thailand
