Abstract

The construction of the Whiz Pekanbaru hotel as a means of accommodation temporary stay for guests who come from various places built by the parties whiz Pekanbaru and the government as supervision in the construction of the Pekanbaru whiz hotel in accordance with the provisions applicable laws (Pekanbaru City Regulation No 2 2014 About Buildings). In addition it is in the development stage hotel building parking lot and the Government must also pay attention these provisions are in accordance with (Pekanbaru City Regulation Number 14 2001 concerning the operation and management of parking lots) The main problems of this study are: What are the building requirements Whiz Hotel Pekanbaru building is in accordance with Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 2 2014 About Buildings? Is the function and classification of buildings Whiz Hotel Pekanbaru building number 2 in 2014 about buildings? This type of research is research that is classified into observational research or observational research, the writer goes straight to field to find and collect data that will be used as material writing scientific papers, the data is obtained through questionnaires and distribution Interview. The results of this thesis is that the hotel whiz Pekanbaru does have a problem of limited parking space and place a portion of the vehicle to park in the Radio office parking lot Republic of Indonesia, the functions and classifications of whizz hotels are already fulfilling conditions and accordingly it's just that it is constrained in the parking lot for the para hotel guests whizz Pekanbaru.
