Abstract

This study is motivated by the low skills of classroom management among internship students of Islamic Education Department of Islamic University of Riau. The problem formulation of this study: how is the influence of micro teaching learning on classroom management skill of internship students in 2019 of Islamic Education Department, the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Islamic University of Riau?. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of micro teaching learning on classroom management skill of internship students in 2019 of Islamic Education Department, the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Islamic University of Riau. The type of this study is quantitative with a correlation approach. The population of this study is overall internship students of Islamic Education Department in 2019 as many as 118 students, with a sample of 91 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the hypothesis of the influence of micro teaching learning on classroom management skill of internship students is accepted with a significance value of 0.000. This study shows that there is an influence of micro teaching learning on classroom management skill of internship students of Islamic Education Department, the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Islamic University of Riau. The magnitude of influence is quite strong (0.423 or 42.3%). It can be predicted that if micro teaching learning increases, it will increase classroom management skill by 311 or 31.1%. And vice versa, if micro teaching learning decreases, the classroom management skill will also decrease by 311 or 31.1%.
