Abstract

The work agreement is a basic agreement between the Company and employees who are binding on both parties. Which is of interest the writer raised this title against the background of curiosity to know the author how the application of work agreements has fulfilled the rights of workers as well as already according to the protection given to employees by law applicable. In this study the authors can formulate the main problems namely: First, how the implementation of the work agreement is not specified according to time Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower at PT. Sun Mutual Agro. Second, how the legal protection and implementation of the agreement work time is not specified at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual. In conducting research, the author uses the Observational method research by survey. Namely the author directly examines the location and giving the questionnaire also interviewed the authorities directly. The nature of this research is descriptive because the writer will describe it directly the parts of the problem in detail about implementation of work agreements and employee protection in terms of the Act Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning manpower at PT. Surya Agrolika Mutual From the results of this study the authors concluded that there were still rights workers who have not been properly fulfilled. As well as legal protection provided still not in accordance with the law, on the protection of safety and health of PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa is still negligent in its implementation like the lack of safety equipment that is given to workers, often first aid drug, there is no medical personnel or health clinics close with the factory area, and there are still many workers who do not understand or understand about labor law.
