Abstract
The discussion of crimes committed by motorcycle gangs has become the headline for discussion of various sectors. The main perpetrators are always associated with teenagers. Because all negative actions committed by motorcycle gangs always make a fair of crime in the midst of society. Or there is fear in the community. This is also felt by the people of Indonesia and specifically the people of Pekanbaru City. After the incident which had shocked the national news about the criminal acts of the motorcycle gang in the city of Pekanbaru and its eradication, how the sustainability of the motorcycle gang in Pekanbaru after the dissolution of the Klewang Motorcycle Gang Group became an interesting study to discuss. Using qualitative research methods by conducting in-depth interviews with various informants, it was explained that the factors behind the still occurrence of motorcycle gang crime in the city of Pekanbaru after the arrest of Klewang such as crimes of hijacking, snatching, theft, robbery, etc. were because the current motorcycle gang was not coordinated with good as when Klewang has not been caught, so that each motorcycle gang wants to show its greatness and strength to other motorcycle gangs.
