Abstract
Evaluation of the Implementation of Village Development Planning Deliberation in Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2018 Abstract M. Nasrun.LY Keywords: Musrembang Evaluation, implementation, Mahato Village Substance on Evaluating the Implementation of Village Development Planning Deliberation in Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2018. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of Village Development Planning Deliberation in Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu District in 2018. The method of this research was qualitative research. There were 7 people who were used as informants in this study. After conducting research and in-depth interviews, the conclusions from the study of the Evaluation of Organizing Village Development Planning Consultations in Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2018. That is not done well, that is still encountered inhibiting factors such as Not getting training as a computer operator staff associated with services, in the implementation of development planning through musrenbang is still not on time or not according to the specified schedule, the unavailability of development data that is arranged in a manner systematic and accurate so as to cause obstacles in comprehensive and sustainable development planning, Not optimal implementation of monitoring and evaluation of development programs associated with planning documents, Not yet optimal The role of the community in the development planning process, Lack of community understanding of the development planning, Lack the role of community leaders and women in the musrembang event
