Abstract
BUMDes is an economic pillar of the state that serves as a social institution (social instution) and commercial (commercial instution). Bumdes is an institution that prioritizes the interests of the community through participation in the provision of social services of rural communities. The purpose of this study is to know the Evaluation of The Management of Village Owned Enterprises. This research is a type of descriptive research, which is research that describes or describes phenomena and events that take place in the field at a certain moment, the method of data retrieval is done by observation or direct research to obtain data by using and describing the symptoms in full about the aspects studied. This scientific work uses quantitative approach methods that are research methods based on the thoughts and responses of research informants about the problems studied. From the results of research that has been conducted on the Evaluation of The Management of Village Owned Enterprises in Tanjung Medan Village, North Tambusai District of Rokan Hulu Regency is "quite good" from the total number of respondents as many as 86 respondents. . The need for a firm stance that will be issued by BUMDes and The Save and Borrow Business Unit in supervision carried out to delinquent parties in THE USP unit so that the USP unit is free from large arrears.
