Abstract

Wages are the most sensitive thing because it is one of the driving factors for work. And there are things that affect morale and discipline towards labor. Every company that employs workers / laborers work overtime should be able to provide the right to eat and drink or extra pudding to workers or laborers who do overtime work. the basic rights of workers to receive extra pudding wages for workers who work overtime at PT. Dharma Wungu Guna, Rokan Hilir Regency. The main problem in this research is how is the implementation of overtime work and overtime pay according to Kepmenakertrans 102 / MEN / VI / 2004 regarding overtime work and overtime wages at PT Dharma Wungu Guna in Rokan Hilir Regency and what efforts can overcome obstacles to work implementation. overtime according to the ministerial decree of the Republic of Indonesia Kepmenakertrans and transmigration Number Kep.102 / MEN / VI / 2004 concerning overtime work and overtime wages at PT Dharma Wungu Guna, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research method is observational research by means of direct surveys in the field. While the nature of this research is descriptive, it is a depiction of the nature of an individual, circumstances or other symptoms in society. In this case it provides a detailed description of the implementation of overtime work and wages. overtime at PT Dharma Wungu Guna, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research results that the implementation of overtime work and overtime pay at PT Dharma Wungu Guna in Rokan Hilir Regency is not going well in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number Kep.102 / MEN / VI / 2004 concerning overtime work and working wages. Obstacles in the implementation of overtime work and overtime wages, namely that on several occasions workers or laborers who work overtime do not get extra pudding or the right to eat and drink.
