Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of social capital in mediating financial literacy and financial inclusion. The sample of this research was 88 respondents of BNI Syariah KCP Panam Pekanbaru customers. This research is quantitative in nature and uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tools. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on social capital, social capital has a significant effect on financial inclusion, financial literacy has no significant effect on financial inclusion and social capital mediates the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion.
