Abstract
The City Sanitation Strategy (SSK) for the city of Pekanbaru is a document that is used as a guideline for the implementation of sanitation development and for providing sanitation services for the entire community of Pekanbaru City. Tampan District is one of the districts that implemented the implementation of the Pekanbaru City SSK in 2014-2018. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Pekanbaru City SSK in 2014-2018 in the Tampan sub-district. The targets are (a) to identify the implementation of the Pekanbaru City SSK in 2014-2018, (b) to identify the existing sanitation conditions in Tampan District based on the sanitation aspects in the Pekanbaru City SSK document for 2014-2018, (c) to identify the effectiveness of the Pekanbaru City SSK implementation in 2014-2018. 2014-2018 in Tampan District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative-quantitative with a deductive approach and the type of research is summative evaluation. Data collection techniques used interviews, literature, observation, and questionnaires. The sampling technique was based on purposive sampling technique and simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it showed that (a) the implementation of the Pekanbaru City SSK in 2014-2018 was in accordance with the mechanism of the PPSP implementation stages starting with the program introduction stage to the implementation/implementation stage, (b) the existing sanitation conditions in Tampan District based on the aspects of anticipation. in the Pekanbaru City SSK document for 2014-2018 in the domestic wastewater sub-sector after the assessment it was in the fairly good category with a score of 258, while for the existing sanitation conditions based on sanitation aspects in the solid waste sub-sector in Tampan District after the assessment it was included in the good category with a total assessment score of 414, (c) the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the Pekanbaru City SSK in 2014-2018 in Tampan District, based on effectiveness according to Sutrisno (2007) is in the moderately successful category with a combined score of 58.35%.
