Abstract
The project is a work activity that is carried out on the basis of a request from a businessman or owner of a job who wants to achieve a certain goal and is carried out by the executor of the work in accordance with the wishes of the businessman or project owner and existing specifications. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of associations on the success of business entities in winning consulting services in Pekanbaru City, to determine the rating level of factors that influence the role of associations on the success of business entities in winning consulting services. It is expected that with this system the role of an association will be more effective and play a full role in the procurement of construction goods and services. Republic of Indonesia Presidential Regulation No. 16/2018 concerning government procurement of goods and services. This research was conducted by survey method with a measuring instrument using a Likert scale for the assessment of the questionnaire and analyzed by testing the validity and reliability using SPSS version 22 assistance software. The results of this study were obtained from a total of 20 subvariable statements based on the measurement of the Likert scale of the role of the association on the success of the business entity in winning consultancy services obtained 15 subvariables that affect the association, included in the category of answers strongly agree and agree to be at the highest value of 5 and 4. 1 subvariable in item 7, coaching and development variables with 6 variables in item 8, item 9, item 10, item 15, item 19 and item 20, while in service variable there are 11 subvariables in item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 11, item13, item 20. The level of rating factors that influence the role of associations in the success of business entities in winning consulting services is the largest rating factor of value (r count) obtained from testing with the SSS statement program which is the largest factor becomes the role of the association, with a value (r count) of 0.734 in item 15 regarding the ownership statement i employees, experts and permanent employees. Item 3 with a value (rcount) of 0.73 explains the implementation of certification can be done by an association that has been accredited by an institution. And item 7 with a value (rcount) of 0.726 describes the association as having a legal basis for member protection.
