Abstract
The Relationship of Concentration to Shooting Free Throw Results in Extracurricular Students in Basketball Game at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship of Concentration Against Shooting Free Throw Results in Extracurricular Basketball Game Students at SMAN 2 Bangkinang Kota. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study were all basketball extracurricular members of SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota, totaling 17 female students. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. The research instrument was a concentration test, a basketball free throw throw test. r count value of 0.533. The correlation index values range between 0,400-0,699 in the "medium" category. The value of r table at n = 17 or df = 15 with an error level of 5% is 0.482. The results of the comparison of the value of r arithmetic with the value of r table is 0.533> 0.482 meaning that there is a relationship of variable X to Variable Y. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship of concentration to the results of free throw shooting in extracurricular basketball game students at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkinang Kota. R value (rxy) of 0.533.
