Abstract
The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of workload on the performance of company employees at PT. Arista Auto Prima Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Arista Auto Prima Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, totaling 32 people. By using the 2017-2019 period. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test (partial) and statistical tests using the SPSS version 21 application. Based on the results in the research and discussion in this study, it is known that the workload variable has a positive influence on the employee performance variable.
