Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of coordination between the Transportation Agency and the Revenue Service for Parking Management in Pekanbaru City. The problems raised in this study are about how to coordinate between related agencies to establish regulations related to parking in Pekanbaru, determination of fees and coordination related to ticket corporations in parking in the parking area of Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to determine the coordination between related agencies to establish regulations related to parking in Pekanbaru, determination of fees and coordination with regard to parking ticket corporations in the parking area of Pekanbaru City. In conducting this research, the researcher used a descriptive survey type, with a qualitative research type, where this type of research
used an analysis of the interview results. The indicators of this research are, (1) Policy, (2) Work Plan, (3) Work Procedure, (4) Coordination Meeting, (5) Joint Decree on Implementation. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the policy for regional parking in Pekanbaru City is regulated in Perda No.2 of 2011 and in Law No.28 of 2009. The form of coordination between related agencies is the provision of corporate parking tickets, depositing parking fees.
conducted every month, parking tax depositor and parking evaluation meeting of the Pekanbaru City area between related agencies, where policies made based on evaluation results must be in accordance with the main tasks and functions set by the local government. Determination of the work plan itself, originates from the results of evaluation meetings which are held every quarter or 4 times a year.
