Performance Evaluation Of Section Management And NeedsTraffic Trafficking In The Relationship ServiceIn Run Duties And Functions In Maintenance And MaintenanceRoad Facilities In The City Of Pekanbaru ABSTRACT By Andrean Putra Fajri The problem raised in this study is about the evaluation of the performance of the Management Section and Road Traffic Needs, this is where the problem that the author gets in the field is that there are still many road traffic signs in a damaged condition and are not in place, this is certainly very influential to the safety and comfort of road users. This study aims to evaluate the extent of the performance of the Management Section and Road Traffic Needs at the Department of Transportation in carrying out their duties and functions in the field of maintenance and maintenance of road traffic facilities in the city of Pekanbaru. In conducting this research, researchers used a type of descriptive survey, with the type of qualitative research, qualitative research are methods to explore and understand the meaning by a number of individuals or groups of people ascribed to social or humanitarian problems. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the performance of the Management Section and Road Traffic Needs in conducting procurement and maintenance could be assessed in the category of "Good Enough", this was suggested in its implementation that there were several obstacles which became an inhibiting factor to maximize the supply and maintenance of traffic. road traffic, as for the first obstacle is the lack of budget, and the second is the lack of awareness from the community to work together in maintaining road traffic facilities. So the authors hope to the Government to provide a budget that is in accordance with the needs in the field, and also to the community so that they can jointly maintain road traffic signs provided by the Government.
