Analisis Tekanan Hidraulik Pada Sumur-sumur Yang Menggunakan Artificial Lift Hydraulic Pumping Unit (HPU) Di Lapangan Y.
Other thesis, Universitas Islam Riau.
Abstract
HPU (hydraulic pumping unit) is an artificial elevator that is used to produce fluid from the well using a hydraulic system that is above the surface (surface equipment). On the surface of this hydraulic system works with the oil in the oil tank, and the power pack as a source of driving force to the piston in the cylinder jack so that it becomes an up and down movement to lift the sucker rod under.the.surface.that.is.connected.directly.to.the.plunger. The volumetric calculation of the pump aims to determine the performance of the pump installed in each well in the field, the calculation of hydraulic pressure aims to find out how much energy is used by HPU pumps installed in each.well.in.the.field.Y. The size of the hydraulic pressure is influenced by the total load or load in the well, the load here is the load of the sucker rod and the fluid load, each well has a number of sucker rods, the size of the sucker rod, the size of the plunger and different pump depths, thus causing loading to each well as well different. The greater the total load, the greater the hydraulic pressure, because the power needed.by.the.HPU.pump.is.also.greater.
