Abstract
This research was carried out with the intention to analyze the influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Regional Civil Apparatus Regional Personnel Agency, Meranti Islands Regency because there are still some phenomena regarding the low performance in this case There is still work done by the apparatus not based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), work that performed by apparatus not in accordance with their main tasks and functions. There are still some apparatus who are late in office hours. There are often misunderstandings between apparatus, namely among subordinates and superiors. There are still apparatus who refuse to be appointed as Acting Technical Officials. his supervisor and lack of innovation in carrying out his duties. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and classified into survey research. with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Personnel Agency, Meranti Islands Regency, where the total respondents were 45 people. The type of data collected includes primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained through questionnaires and interviews while secondary data in the form of documentation or regulations relating to the duties and functions of Regional Personnel Agency, Kepulauan Kepulauan Meranti Other supporting data. After going through the research and presentation process and data analysis, it can be concluded that by using SPSS the results of a positive influence between Organizational Climate on the Performance of State Civil Servants in the Regional Personnel Agency of Kepulauan Meranti Regency Based on Table t count can be found that there is a probability value of 0,000 <0 , 05 then H1 is accepted. This is also supported by determination coefficients. It can be seen that the magnitude of the determination coefficient (R Square) = 0.327, meaning that the independent variables jointly affect the non-independent variables by 32.7%, meaning that there is a positive influence between Organizational Climate on State Civil Apparatus Performance in Regional Personnel Agency of Kepulauan Meranti Regency
