Abstract

The granting of licenses or permits for business places for internet cafes in Pekanbaru is part of the public legal beshicking in the state administration law carried out by the Pekanbaru One-Stop Integrated Services Investment Board (BPMPT-SP) in 2017 . in the permit application for the internet cafe (warnet) business place. Not all requests will be granted by the Pekanbaru One-Stop Integrated Services Investment Board (BPMPT-SP) in 2018. The application is rejected and will be accompanied by the reason why the business permit application is rejected. (warnet) but in practice there is often a rejection of the application for a place of business permit because often the purpose is misinterpreted as an arena for gambling and becoming a place for truant school children. Based on the background of the problem, the author described above, the author sets the first issue on the implementation of the granting of permits where internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru are based on Pekanbaru City Regulation No. 07 of 2000 concerning Business Place Permits? This writing when viewed from the type of research using Research Observational Research Methods and Census is by survey, which the author immediately jumped into the research location to obtain the data needed by using a data collection tool in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The nature of this research is descriptive which means research this provides a clear and detailed picture. Implementation of Granting Internet Business Place Permit (warnet) in the city of Pekanbaru based on the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City No. 07 of 2000 concerning the Location Permit of Pekanbaru City is not running and it is proven that there are still internet cafe entrepreneurs who do not have business permits. internet (internet cafe) that does not have a Business Place Permit is not subject to sanctions from the City Government (pemko) Pekanbaru.
