Abstract

Research on the Implementation of Worker Legal Protection based on the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration number: Kep.224 / MEN / 2003 concerning the Obligations of Entrepreneurs Who Hire Female Workers / Laborers between 23.00-07.00 and female nurses who are hired at night at the Permata Hati City Hospital This Bengkalis district thorn is in the background because there are still deficiencies in the legal protection of the rights of female nurses at Permata Hati Hospital. This legal protection is stated in the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration with number: Kep.224 / MEN / 2003 concerning the Obligations of Entrepreneurs Who Hire Female Workers / Laborers between 23.00-07.00. From this background, the authors formulate the first three main problems. How to arrange a work agreement between the hospital and female nurses who are employed at night at Permata Hati Duri Hospital,Bengkalis Regency,Second. How is the implementation of legal protection for workers based on the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration with number: Kep.224 / MEN / 2003 Against female nurses at the Permata Hati Duri Hospital, Bengkalis Regency, and Third, What are the obstacles faced in implementing worker law based on the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration with number: Kep.224 / MEN / 2003 against a female nurse at the Permata Hati Duri Hospital, Bengkalis Regency. This type of research used by researchers is to use the observational research method, namely by directly visiting the research location using data collection tools, namely interviews and questionnaires. The nature of this research is descriptive, meaning that the research provides detailed data about all the phenomena and facts that occur in field or research sites related to the implementation of worker protection based on the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration with number: Kep.224 / MEN / 2003. Based on the results of research conducted on the implementation of legal protection for female workers at night against the rights of female nurses who work on night shifts at Permata Hati Duri Hospital, there are still some that have not been fulfilled and female nurses still do not know their rights stated in the law -The law even though it has been specifically regulated on Manpower and the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and TransMigration number: KEP.224 / MEN / 2003.
