Abstract
In the implementation of buying and selling four-wheeled motorized vehicles at PT. Arista Auto Prima is a default conducted by PT. Arista Auto Prima which causes losses to buyers such as damage to car components that are objects of sale and purchase, delay in receiving cars by buyers and cars that come not as ordered. This is a problem that demands the accountability of PT. Arista Auto Prima as a seller of losses suffered by consumers. The main problem in this study is how to implement the sale and purchase of cars with an indent system at PT. Arista Auto is the responsibility of PT. Honda Arista Pekanbaru against consumers who experience losses in buying and selling cars with indent systems. This type of research is observation research (observational research), namely by way of direct survey to the field, with data collection tools, namely interviews and questionnaires. Viewed from the point of its nature, this research is descriptive in that it is to provide data as accurately as possible about humans, circumstances or other symptoms. The results of the research obtained were the sale and purchase of cars with an indent system at PT. Arista Auto Prima, namely the buyer completes the requirements in the form of an identity photo copy, such as a National Identity Card (KTP) or Driver's License (SIM), after the buyer's full conditions sign the SPK and pay the Booking Fee, the buyer waiting for the ordered unit to be in accordance with the agreed time in the Vehicle Order Letter (SPK), after the unit has been carried out Delivery Order (DO), Test Drive and signing the minutes of delivery of the car. The responsibility of PT. Arista Auto Prima against consumers who experience losses in buying and selling cars with an indet system is replacing or repairing damage that occurs before signing the minutes of delivery of the car, if the damage is known after signing the minutes of submission of the car, repairs or replacements will be made based on the terms stated in the book warranty, with the loss provisions being the fault of PT. Arista Auto Prima if the loss is due to the negligence of the buyer, PT. Arista Auto Prima will not be responsible.
