Abstract

This study aims to develop Power Point learning media on the subject matter of recording petty cash funds for grade XI Accounting students in SMA / SMK. This research is a research development. The stages in this research are Analysis (Analyze), Design (Design) and Development (Development). Determination of the sample is done by using purposive sampling technique. The number of subjects was 30 students in the Pekanbaru PGRI Vocational School. Data obtained by validating learning media to material experts, media experts, and teachers as well as looking at students' responses to media developed by conducting limited feasibility trials. The results of the study were Power Point learning media on CD. Descriptive data analysis. The results of the validation by the material experts showed that the learning media developed were very feasible with an average percentage of 87.50%. The results of the validation of the media experts showed that the learning media developed were very feasible with an average percentage of 99.17%. The results of validation by teachers who teach accounting subjects show that the learning media developed are very feasible with an average percentage of 98.75%. The Power Point learning media developed received very good responses from students. This can be seen from the average response of students by 96.60% (very good). Based on the validation results from the experts, it is obtained that the Power Point learning media product with the category is very feasible.
