Abstract

This research was motivated by a phenomenon found in SMA 12 Pekanbaru namely relating to the implementation of the evaluation conducted by Indonesian language teachers who still running less than the maximum, this was discovered when researchers conducted an initial survey at the school. Most of the Indonesian language teachers at Pekanbaru 12th High School, in arranging formative test questions both oral and written still does not refer to the criteria preparation of actual formative questions. In addition, the assessment of student learning outcomes, teacher still not doing an assessment in accordance with established criteria. As for the problem This research is 1) How is the Formative Formulation of Tests Performed by Teachers In Conducting Evaluation of Indonesian Language Learning in SMA 12 Pekanbaru School Year 2018/2019? and 2) How is the Assessment of Student Learning Outcomes Done Teacher in the Implementation of Indonesian Language Learning Evaluation Language Learning Indonesia 12 Pekanbaru High School Academic Year 2018/2019 ?. The purpose of this study is 1) To gather information and data regarding the formative question preparation teacher in conducting the evaluation of Indonesian language learning in SMA 12 Pekanbaru Academic Year 2018/2019, and 2) To collect information and data on assessments student learning outcomes conducted by the teacher in the implementation of language learning evaluation Indonesia in Pekanbaru 12 Public High School Academic Year 2018/2019. The theory used is Mardapi (2017), Sudijono (2011), Wayan (1986), and Widoyoko (2016).Which method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results showed that conducting evaluation of Indonesian language learning based on the preparation of formative test questions by teachers in Pekanbaru 12 High School aspects of compiling 40.6 test specifications categorized as less good, aspects of writing test questions 70.7% categorized good, aspects of examining test questions 64% categorized pretty good, the aspect of conducting a 40% test is categorized as not good, the aspect of analyzing 27% items were categorized as not good, aspects of improving the test 70% were categorized as good, aspects assembling the 66% test categorized pretty well, aspects of carrying out the 92.2% test categorized as very good, and aspects of interpreting test results 81.1% categorized as good, While the results of the study in terms of the assessment of student learning outcomes conducted by teachers in SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, shows that in terms of aspects of preparing plans for evaluating student learning outcomes 48.5% categorized as less good, aspects of collecting data on the assessment of student learning outcomes 67.8% good enough category, aspects of the verification of data learning outcomes assessment of students 88.3% categorized good, aspects of processing and analyzing data on the results of student learning assessment 77.5% categorized good, aspects of interpreting and drawing conclusions student learning outcomes assessment data 83.3% categorized as good, and the aspect of follow-up evaluation results in 93.3% categorized as very good.
