Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness of schools in implementing E-learning learning at SMA Negeri 1 Dumai. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Dumai which is located at Jalan Sukarno-Hatta, Bukit Timah, Dumai Selatan District. The research was carried out on August 10, 2021 to August 17, 2021, the population of which was all teachers who teach at SMA Negeri 1 Dumai, amounting to 47 teachers. Data collection techniques used by researchers are using interviews, documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires. The results of the analysis of school readiness analysis in implementing E-learning learning at SMA Negeri 1 Dumai, it can be concluded that SMA Negeri 1 Dumai obtained results with a score of 68% which is included in the category of being quite ready to implement E-learning. Of the six indicators proposed, there are two indicators that are in the ready category, namely the teacher readiness factor with a result of 74.08%, and the school culture factor with a result of 78.01%, then there are three indicators that are in the quite ready category, namely the participant readiness factor. students with 65.76% results, infrastructure factors with 64.76% results, and management support factors with 64.04% results. And one other factor, namely the tendency of face-to-face learning to be in the unprepared category with 49.14% result. So it still needs a little improvement to achieve maximum results.
