Abstract
Along with the development of learning in Indonesia, currently the average junior high school and senior high school to higher education have used the 2013 Curriculum, which is integrated with the academic system which is a student center where teachers here are only required to be facilitators and implement more scientific. Moreover, during the Covid-19 pandemic, all learning was delayed where the school also had their respective policies where the learning process could be done online or online. In this case, teachers are required to make innovations during this pandemic which are also in accordance with the applicable 2013 curriculum where learning must be scientific. This study aims to determine the steps of the teacher in implementing online system learning in class X IPS SMAN 1 Kotobaru and to analyze the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of online system learning in class X IPS SMAN 1 Kotobaru. The results of this study concluded that there were various kinds of impacts and challenges faced in implementing the online learning process at home. The teacher's perception of the perceived impact on students is the availability of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the difference in the atmosphere when studying in class and studying at home, which affects student motivation. And the trend of online learning styles is visual and written. Teachers and students feel a burden on internet quotas, especially if they are in an area that is disturbed by signals, monitoring of child development is limited, teachers feel as free as in class. In the future, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of online learning so that it provides maximum results.
