Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of pre-service training at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKP2D) of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The indicators of this study are Learning, Behavior, Results, Reactions. This type of research located in Indragiri Hulu Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives at the location studied. The population used in this study was the Head of BKP2D of Indragiri Hulu Regency, BKP2D Staff, and the Pre-Job Training Education Counselor were Census Techniques for the employee population and Purposive Sampling techniques for the Training Participant population group, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted , primary data is collected by using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the research with the title of Evaluation of Pre-Job Training and Education Program at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKP2D) of Indragiri Hulu District received answers in the category of "Effective Enough".
