Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of Social Service Supervision Implementation at the Orphanage in Pekanbaru City, where Supervision is measured by 3 indicators, namely: Setting Standards, Assessing and Correcting Action Taking. This type of research located in the Social Service of Pekanbaru City in Riau Province is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material to assess the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the research objectives. There are 2 population groups and the sample in this study is 12 employees and 27 orphanages. The sampling technique used in data collection is a saturated sampling technique. The types and data collection techniques used consisted of Primary data, collected by questionnaire and interview techniques. As well as Secondary data collected through observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the level of Implementation of the Social Service Supervision at the Orphanage in the City of Pekanbaru was at a sufficiently complete interval.
