Abstract
The purpose of this working paper is to find out how the job description in the Pekanbaru City ATR / BPN Office in order to encourage the achievement of effectiveness and efficiency in completing the work and tasks provided by the leadership. The method used in making this working paper is the Correlational method. The koresional method is an act of determining data by comparing theory and discussion. From the analysis and observations made, it can be seen that in the Pekanbaru City ATR / BPN Office Job Description is correct, but due to minimal human resources and communication aids make several positions and ticket manager manager tasks replaced by employees who are not the manager of the counter , so that the work done does not work efficiently and effectively. The results of the study show that the Pekanbaru City ATR / BPN Office should provide communication tools to help smooth the duties and responsibilities of the ticket manager's officers.
