Abstract

The purpose of this working paper is to find out the analysis of the process of incoming and outgoing mail at the Pekanbaru state wealth and auction service office (KPKNL) in order to encourage the success of achieving the objectives in the office. Starting from the author's interest to raise this title because of the author's desire to know the analysis of the process of incoming letters and outgoing letters. Letters are one of the tools and means of communication besides telephone, radio, television, telegram, telex and so on. So from that the letter must be managed properly and correctly. Considering that the letter function is quite important, the agency should also try to make the process of storing the mail properly and follow the available procedures. Because this can facilitate the search for the letters.
