Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the District Social Welfare Personnel in the Implementation of Social Welfare in the Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to find out the Barriers to the Role of the District Social Welfare Workers in the Implementation of Social Welfare in the Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. indicators on the role used include Planning, Division of Work, Communication, Meetings. Type of qualitative research.Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Purposive Sampling is a technique that includes people who are selected on the basis of criteria, Data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, documentation, the collected data is then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of the objectification of the existence of research objectives in careful locations. Based on the technical analysis above, the researchers assessed and concluded that there was a lack of communication between TKSK and the Sentajo Raya District, and the lack of meetings in the form of work meetings between TKSK and the Sentajo Raya District.
