Abstract
This study aims for the objectives of this research to be carried out, among others, to determine the implementation of the duties of the village head in the implementation of physical development in the village of Kotoraja, Siak Kecil district, Bengkalis district and to see the inhibiting factors in evaluating the implementation of the duties of the village head in the implementation of physical development in the village of Kotoraja, Siak Kecil sub-district. bengkalis district. Key informants and informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, 3 people implementing the activity team, 2 BPD people and 3 people from the community. Types of data collection consists of primary data, secondary data. While the technical analysis of data is clarified with data obtained from interviews, field notes and documentation by organizing the data into categories, describing it into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, choosing which ones are important and can be studied and making conclusions so that they are easy. understood by oneself and others, Evaluation of the Implementation of the Duties of the Village Head in the Implementation of Physical Development in Kotoraja Village, Siak Kecil District, Bengkalis Regency in the results of interviews and observations that there are still some shortcomings and obstacles.
