Abstract
Tutor teacher's perception of PPL students in implementing learning Indonesian language conducted by students of the Education Study Program Indonesian Language and Literature FKIP UIR as prospective educators and instructors at school. Through impressions experienced during the implementation of learning, the teacher Pamong has a perception of PPL students in the implementation learning carried out by PPL students. This study examines Perception of Guest Teachers on Student Field Experience Programs UIR FKIP in the Implementation of Indonesian Language Learning in Public High Schools Rokan Hilir Regency Academic Year 2018/2019. Problems in research is how the perception of tutor teachers towards PPL students in the implementation of Indonesian language learning in the preliminary activities learning in Rokan Hilir District High Schools in the Academic Year 2018/2019? What is the perception of the tutor teacher towards PPL students inside the implementation of Indonesian language learning at the core activities in the form of use methods and learning media in Rokan Hilir District High Schools in the Year Doctrine of 2018/2019? and what is the perception of tutor teachers towards students PPL in implementing Indonesian language learning in closing activities learning in Rokan Hilir District High Schools in the Academic Year 2018/2019 ?. The theory used in this study is Slameto (2013), Jalaluddin (2009), Walgito (2010), Dimyati and Mujiono (2013), Rusman (2014). The sample in this study used saturated samples, meaning all populations sampled, namely 10 Indonesian language tutors in State High Schools throughout Rokan Hilir Regency Academic Year 2018/2019. Method used in this study is a descriptive method that examines based on facts and data that is in the field with the truth and approach quantitative, while the data collection technique uses techniques questionnaire. The results of this study conclude that the teacher's perception pamong to PPL students in implementing language learning Indonesia in the preliminary activities the learning category is good with the percentage (74.5%) of the hypothesis is acceptable, the core activity is in the form of use methods and learning media are categorized well with percentages (78.5%) hypothesis can be accepted, and closing activities of learning are categorized well with the percentage (76.2%) of the hypothesis acceptable.
