Abstract
Evaluation is very necessary in the learning process so that the teacher can knowing where to achieve student abilities in learning. That test used in this evaluation are multiple choice tests. A good test must be also supported by a difficulty level index and a good power difference. However, in this odd semester exam question, there are still many questions that are too easy and also problems that are too complicated so that they cannot reflect the results learning done and comparison of proportions between easy questions, medium, and difficult, not in accordance with the proportion of good problems. Thing this is what makes the writer interested in analyzing the Exam Problem Item Odd Semester of Grade VII Indonesian Language Subjects in State Middle School 2 Tapung Hilir Tapung Hilir District, Kampar District, Academic Year 2018/2019. The problem in this research is how to level index difficulty and different power index items about Odd Semester Exam Subjects Class VII Indonesian Language State Junior High School 2 Tapung Hilir Tapung Hilir Subdistrict Kampar Regency Academic Year 2018/2019? The purpose of this research is to describe, analyze, and interpret index of difficulty level and different item power index questions about the Odd Language Semester Exam Indonesia Class VII Tapung Hilir State Middle School 2 Tapung Hilir District Kampar Regency Academic Year 2018/2019. The sample of this study is all the multiple choice questions which number 40 items. Theory used is referring to the theories of Nurgiyantoro, Sudjana, Arikunto and others. The approach used is quantitative, type of library research (Library Research) and descriptive methods. The results of the study conclude Item Analysis Questions for the Grade VII Odd Semester Indonesian Language Subjects in Junior High School Negeri 2 Tapung Hilir, Tapung Hilir Subdistrict, Kampar District, Academic Year 2018/2019, in the index aspect the level of difficulty is seen from the level of difficulty there is no balance between the easy, medium and difficult. The easy categorized questions are 15 items (37.5%), the question of which medium category is 14 items (35%), and the categories are difficult amounting to 11 items (27.5%), thus a categorical hypothesis easy (0.61-0.80) acceptable. Analysis of items on the power index aspect different in terms of feasibility or not there are still many questions the difference in power is feasible in the amount of 15 items (37.5%) and the question Inadequate categories are 25 items (62.5%).
