Abstract
Resettlement Certificate Services at the Lurah Office has a role in providing satisfaction to the community, but in fact there are still many people who are not satisfied with the achievement of the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors inhibiting service quality in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency in Handling Population Migration Certificates. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Discussion of Service Quality in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency, processing of Resettlement Certificate has not been implemented based on standard operating procedures so that it has not provided satisfactory achievements for the community. Conclusion Service Quality in Bagan Hulu Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir District The handling of Resettlement Certificates has not been carried out optimally in accordance with standard operating procedures This is due to the lack of manpower and supporting infrastructure in providing services. Researcher's suggestion is to Bagan Hulu Village increasing the number of employees in providing services, cooperating with employees in providing services and providing service support facilities in order to achieve optimal service.
