Abstract
Health services for underprivileged patients at the Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital are a problem that was discussed in this study. There is also a phenomenon that occurs in the Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital, namely: Less than optimal health services for poor patients, especially those who use KK and KTP in class III. Not maximum service to patients and visite hours of officers, both doctors and nurses and staff are uncertain. This study aims to find out how health services for underprivileged patients at the Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative in the form of descriptive analysis, which also uses sampling techniques using purposive sampling and uses 3 indicators namely public service performance accountability, public service cost accountability and public service product accountability. Based on the ongoing research, researchers can assess and conclude that the research entitled Accountability of Health Services for Patients with Underprivileged At the Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital gets answers with the category "Fairly Good". Where the author's hope in the future is that the services at the Rokan Hulu Regional General Hospital can be improved even better.
