Abstract
Health is the main factor of public welfare that the government intends to manifest as a public organizer. In this case the government creates a health social security administering body or health BPJS. Each hospital or first level health facility, namely the Puskesmas uses the BPJS health system including the Ukui health center Pelalawan Regency, which provides health services to the community using BPJS cards, which serves all types of services except accident patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze health services for BPJS patients at Puskesmas Ukui, Pelalawan Regency and to find out the constraints or obstacles that occurred in the services process. Then the researchers took the population and sample of 10 employees of the Ukui Health Center, both medical and non medical employess. Sommunity or BPJS patients as many as 50 people with a population of 100 people. As for the sampling technique for Puskesmas employees is purposive sampling. And for the public or the patient using incidental samling. Meanwhile, the theory of health services that the researcher uses is the theory of Ndraha Talidzhiduhu, namely a measure of the quality of health services, which is a service consisting of 7 indicators, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, cost, fairness and physical appearance. After all data were analyzed using quantitave methods, the results of the analysis of health services for BPJS patients at Puskesmas Ukui Pelalawan District were categorized as “Good Enough” both in terms of questionnaires and researcher observations. Therefore, for the future, health services for BPJS patients need to be improved in terms of services, infrastructure and human resources who serve them.
