Abstract

The aim in this study was to know the employee perception on healthy unit service UIR at Islamic university of Riau. The formulation problem in this study was how is employee perception on healthy unit service UIR at Islamic university of Riau. This is field study with qualitative method. Data that used in this study was primary and secondary data. Population in this study were the UIR employee in year 2016-2018 with total number were 255 people and the total samples were 72 respondents. In taking sample, it used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. In collecting data, it used questionnaire. From 72 respondents, 3965 or 70.7% stated strongly agree, respondents who stated agree were 1476 or 26,3%, respondents who stated neutral were 131 or 2.3%, respondents who stated disagree were 28 or 0.4% and 1 or 0.01% stated strongly disagree. Based on the data analysis of this study, it showed the average score was 311 which place in the range strongly agree. It means the employee perception on healty unit service UIR at Islamic University of Riau is strongly agree.
