Abstract
This study aims to determine the working relationship of the village government and village consultative bodies in Setako Raya village, sub-district of Peranap, Indragiri Hulu Regency. while the formulation of the problem in this study is how the working relationship between the village government and the village consultative body in Setako Raya sub-district, Peranap, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with a population of villages in the village, RT, RW and all BPD members in Setako Raya village, sub-district of Peranap, Indragiri Hulu Regency, as many as 35 people were determined by the samling census technique. the types of data used are primary data collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations while secondary data is collected through regulations, regulations, reports and other data obtained in the village of Setako Raya, the data obtined from the research results later. in a descriptive analysis. based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that based on the relationship of dominance between the village government and the BPD in the village of Setako Raya it was quite good then based on the subordunational relationship that between the village government and BPD in Setako Raya village was good, then based on the relationship between village government and BPD in Setako Raya well. thus from the results of this study it can be concluded that: the working relationship between the village government and the BPD in the village of Setako Raya sub-district Rapiri Indragiri Hulu is quite good. because from the responses of respondents there were 35 respondents, the good category consisted of 15 people or 43% which were quite good because there was a working relationship between the village government and the BPD Setako Raya village in sub-district Rapap Indragiri Hulu district to prioritize the interests of the community as village administration and improve cooperative relations, complementarity, mutual respect as organizers of village government in order to create better services.
