Abstract

This thesis is entitled: Analysis of the Effects of Investment, Employment and Government Expenditures on Economic Growth in Riau Province. This research was conducted in Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment, labor and government spending on economic growth in Riau Province, from 2008 to 2017. Data obtained from other sources that have been processed and then presented in the form of journal reports and archives in government agencies. agencies related to this research. Where Y is economic growth as a devendent variable, where the X2 regression coefficient of labor is -1.041339 meaning that if labor increases by 1 percent, it will also reduce economic growth by -0.339969 percent, meaning that if government spending increases by 1 percent it will decrease economic growth in Riau province of -0.339969 percent and then obtained a coefficient of simple determination (R2) that is 0.632460 percent meaning 63.24 percent of economic growth affected investment, labor and government spending and the remaining 27 percent.
