Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the working relationship between the Village Head and the BPD. Indicators that are used are parallel relations, existence, the existence of shared interests, the presence of mutual respect and good intentions to help each other. This type of research located in Tanjung Harapan Village is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the list of questionnaires as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the purpose of the research at the meticulous location. This research uses quantitative methods, namely systematic research on parts and phenomena and their relationships. Data collection is done by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of work relations between the village head and village agency agencies the in setting village regulations in Tanjung Harapan Village is still not well established. This is characterized by a lack of relationships based on research indicators in establishing village regulations.
