Abstract

This studi aims to determine the implementation of training in the nursing home tresna werdha khusnul khotimah Riau Province and to find out what theinhibiting factors are the implementation of Coaching in nursing homes tresnawerdha khusnul khotimah Riau Province. Assessment indicators for guidanceused director, guidance, and training. Type of research located in Pekanbaru cityThe author takes the object of research in the nursing home tresna werdhakhusnul khotimah Riau province is a descriptive survey, namely prioritizing thequestionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tooland then used as raw material to analyze the empirical conditions of theobjectivity of the existence of the research objectives at the meticulous locationThere are two population groups and the sampel in this study is employees, therewere 9 people and the residents of the institution were, 73 people. The sample sizedetermined from these two population groups is people and 18 people. The towsample teachniques used in setting the sample techniques are the census methodfor the employee population and the purposive sampling methid for the populationgroup of the residents. Types and techniques of data collection consisting ofprimary data was collected using questionnaire list and interview techniques andsecondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysistechnique used is using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis techniquethe researcher assessed and concluded that the implementation of socialdevelopment in the nursing home of the tresna werdha khusnul khotimah in RiauProvince was at a fairly good assessment interval. Means that the implementationof social coaching in nursing homes in the midst of the residents of khusnulkhotimah Riau province is still not maximal the prayer times when the elderlycongregation is lacking follow it.
