Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the Marketing Mix in the Pastry Business in Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study is the entire population of fikri cake consumers. While a sample of 50 consumers , consisting of 10 merchant consumers and 40 final. The technique used is purposive sampling and exsendtak sampling . The data collection technique of this study used a questionnaire accompanied by interviews with business owners of fikri cookies. Technical analysis of data using frequency distribution, this research analysis tool is quantitative descriptive and uses SP SS Version 22. From this data analysis, it can be concluded that based on the recapitulation results of the respondents' responses regarding the Marketing Mix variables in the Fikri Pastry Business in Pekanbaru categorized well. From the results of this st udy obtained r count > r table then declared valid and worthy of research to conduct a scientific study. Thus it can be concluded that these variables can affect Marketing Mix.
