Abstract

The development in financial and services sector rapidly grown and needed for this sector to do human resources development to create high qualitied and qualified human resources and the corporate could compete with others. By having qualified person in corporate it could help corporate organization would be better in realizing vision, mission, and purpose especially in increasing customers number to have saving in this corporate. In this case, writer interested in conducting research at Sharia Pawnshop Corporate Ahmad Yani Branch Pekanbaru, with the research formulation questioned that how human resources development in increasing customers number at Sharia Pawnshop Corporate Ahmad Yani Branch Pekanbaru. The purpose in this research examined to know human resources development in increasing customers number at Sharia Pawnshop Corporate Ahmad Yani Branch Pekanbaru. This research used qualitative research with data collection technique by using interview and documentation. Then, collected data analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. According to data analysis from interview with branch managerial leader, and operational branch leader of sharia pawnshop corporate Ahmad Yani Branch Pekanbaru concluded that this corporate implemented human resources development method to all employee either in managerial section or operational sector to increase leadership potential, wider knowledge, skill and competency for all employee in giving service excellent to all customer to reach one of corporate target such as increasing customer number.
