Abstract

Sharia based human resources are a type of human resources which have four exemplary characteristics of Prophet Muhammad, namely shiddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabligh. This study was conducted at ACT Duri (ACT stands for Aksi Cepat Tanggap which means fast action response), which is one of the humanitarian institutions in Duri town that has sharia based human resources. The problem formulation of this study is how to implement sharia based human resources at the ACT branch office in Duri town (or ACT Duri). The aim of this study is to investigate the Implementation of sharia based human resources at ACT Duri. The framework of this study is the implementation of sharia based human resources which consists of four characteristics, namely shiddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabligh. The type of this study is a qualitative research. The informants of this study are a leader of Branch Office and administrators of Finance and Customer Relationship Management at ACT Duri. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Then, the collected data are analyzed by using data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of interviews with the leader and administrators of Finance and Customer Relationship Management at ACT Duri, it can be concluded that the implementation of sharia based human resources at the ACT Branch Office in Duri Town has implemented the four exemplary characteristics of Prophet Muhammad, namely shiddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabligh.
