Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know what factors influence the workproductivity of employees in the factory section at PT. Sawan Asahan IndahRokan Hulu Regency and to find out the most dominant factors affecting theproductivity of factory part employees at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan HuluRegency. The population in this study were all employees of the PT. SawitAsahan Indah, Rokan Hulu Regency, 80 people. The sampling technique used inthis study is by census, which is from the total number of employees that are allused as research samples. In analyzing the data obtained based on survey research,the author uses quantitative methods, namely analyzing the sum of values fromthe data obtained and tabulated in the form of tables and described and analyzed.From the results of research on employee productivity, it can be seen that mostrespondents gave no responses good means that in this case the work productivityproduced by employees on the basis of work motivation, compensation, and workability possessed by employees in carrying out their duties is still low so that theydo not achieve work productivity that is set and planned.
