Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religiosity and Islamic work ethic on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Pekanbaru bakery. As for the sample used in this study, there were 48 production employees and the data collection technique was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Analysis. And using descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The results showed that Islamic religiosity and Islamic work ethic had a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees in the production department.
