Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Market to Book Value and Return On Asset on Hedging decision makin in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and data sources using secondary data, then obtained 30 companies that become samples with the criteria that the company publishes complete financial reports. Data analysis using logistic regression test. The results of this study conclude that together Market To Book Value and Return On Asset have an effect on hedging decision making. However, partially Market To Book Value has no effect on hedging decision making
