Abstract
This research was conducted to find out about internal communication and employee performance and to determine the effect of communication on employee performance at PT JBA Indonesia Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance at PT JBA Indonesia Pekanbaru. The research was carried out using quantitative methods, using primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken are internal employees from JBA Pekanbaru. It was concluded that overall employees found some respondents stated in the category of agreeing with the internal communication and employee performance of PT JBA Indonesia Pekanbaru. The level of influence of the X variable on Y is in the strong category and there is a positive linear relationship between the communication variable and the performance variable in the company.
