Abstract
The purpose of this study is to study and analyze satisfaction Muslims at Rabbani Shop on Jalan Soebrantas Pekanbaru. The research method used is the method quantitative descriptive, and the data analysis technique used is analysis descriptive. As an instrument. Involve data as a questionnaire with samples The research is the number of customers at the Rabbani Shop in Pekanbaru 93 respondents. The results of the study show that satisfaction Customers in purchasing Muslim Clothing at Rabbani Shop on Jalan Soebrantas Pekanbaru improves service quality products, prices, factor and personal factors. Overall customers has expressed satisfaction in purchasing Muslim fashion at Rabbani Shop in Jalan Soebrantas Pekanbaru. From the data table, recapitulation of respondents' answers to The Customer Satisfaction variable is the overall respondent's answer category is Satisfied, because the score shows a value of 5582 at range 4743–5859. The lowest respondent's answer on the Price dimension for item question number 11 is the respondent's response about the Price Rabbani Shop offered for customers is relatively affordable, which is shows the category Satisfied Enough. The meaning of Toko Rabbani on Jalan Soebrantas Pekanbaru for customer satisfaction to be loyal in shopping is to review the special price dimensions for the price of products offered to customers.
