Abstract
The layout is an important aspect of supporting the smooth operation of the company, it can even have an impact on the company's earnings. The purpose of this study was to view and analyze the layout applied to 9K Supermarkets.Data analysis was carried out descriptively and using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) model. The results showed that the equipment, space capacity, and environment at 9K Supermarkets are currently effective, while the flow of information and product placement has not been effective, which is known from the results of observations and consumer responses through observation sheets that have been seen by consumers. Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) analysis concluded that there are several facilities that have not been properly placed. Keywords: Activity Relationship Chart, Information Flow, Layout.
