Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the retail marketing mix strategy in Rokan Supermarkets in Ujung Batu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Samples were taken by non-probability sampling techniques which in this case the chosen respondents were respondents who shop at Rokan Jaya Supermarket Ujung Batu. The sample taken in this study was 100 people. Based on the results of the analysis of the marketing mix strategy, it can be concluded that the retail marketing mix strategy in Rokan Jaya Supermarkets Ujung Batu is the majority in the interval score of 60-79 or in the good category with a percentage of 51%. The results of this study provide advice to the company to improve aspects of promotion such as infrastructure in various media both digital and print, because based on the analysis there are still respondents who do not agree with the promotion that has been done, in addition to being able to improve aspects of service, especially payment methods by debit / credit options to satisfy consumers
